What we cannot help with

We are an independent editorial publication. We are not a shop, a bank, a game publisher or a government body, and we have no access to any third-party account or system. That means we cannot check an order or a delivery, issue a refund, recover a suspended account, unban a player, generate codes, items or currencies, review a benefit application, or resolve a dispute on your behalf.
